Armed with hundreds of blank maps she had painstakingly printed by hand, Becky Cooper walked Manhattan from end to end.

Along her journey she asked New Yorkers—notable and otherwise—to “map their Manhattan” and to mail the personalized maps back to her. Becky is joined by Adam Gopnik and some of the other notable New Yorkers who contributed maps to her project for a conversation on their New York.
