Alexander (Sasha) Chack started out his restaurant career at the age of 15 at the Café in the Jewish Community Center of Louisville, KY, washing dishes and flipping burgers. Throughout his College years at Yeshiva University and after, he has toiled in restaurants in Louisville and New York, from Washington Heights to the East Village, experiencing different cuisines ranging from traditional Israeli to contemporary Vegan.
