960 seat concert hall, home to hundreds of talks, concerts and literary readings every year: from Tom Cruise to Al Gore to Ani DiFranco to Chinua Achebe to Joyce Carol Oates. Residents get free tickets and discounts to select events!

The dance studios that have been home to thousands, including Martha Graham, Alvin Ailey and Doug Varone, and the School of Music, where Tony™ Award-winner David Alvarez takes piano lessons.
The Third Floor
Ceramics and jewelry studios are on one side of the building; the entrance to our 25,000 square foot health club and gym and the 92YCafe are located on the other.
