Level 1: A moderately intense workout which we hope will make you break a sweat after about 10 minutes. You won't be out of breath, but you won't be able to sing a song during your workout either.

Level 2: A very challenging workout which should make you break a sweat within 3-5 minutes. Your breathing will be heavy to the point where you will be unable to speak in a complete and fluid sentence.

Beast Mode
Sat, 10 am

If the words “Athlete,” “Metabolic Conditioning” and “High Intensity” mean anything to you, Beast Mode is your class! Transform your body and mental toughness in 90 days through Olympic lifts, power lifts, kettlebell circuits and more. Perfect for shredding body fat, building lean muscle, and losing weight. For active fitness enthusiasts.

Body Blast
All Levels: Sat, 11 am

The perfect blend of endurance, strength and muscle-building exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.

Total Body Boot Camp
Level 2: Mon, 6:30 am & Tue, 8:30 am

No guts, no glory in this total-body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength and quickness. Move around the room to a number of different stations, each designed for a specific exercise.

Level 1: Wed, 7 am
Level 2: Wed 7:30 am

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is an enhanced form of interval training that alternates periods of short, intense aerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. This fat-burning workout improves not only glucose metabolism, but also tone and condition.

Sweat & Shred
Level 1: Wed, 7 pm
Level 2: Mon, 7 pm

Build the foundations needed by an athlete through a series of core, cardio and stabilization exercises—with a few twists along the way.

Fitter in Four Weeks

Utilizing proven fitness techniques to swiftly and safely shift body composition from fat to firm, learn how to tighten and tone muscles, rev up metabolism, and slim and sculpt your body.

This total-body workout is a form of resistance training using TRX bands. Perform a variety of exercises that leverage gravity and your body weight, building core strength and muscle. Perfect for all fitness levels, from pro athletes to seniors!

Tone with Dones
Level 1: Tue, 7:30 am
Level 2: Thu, 7:30 am

This limit-pushing high-intensity workout takes you to your next level in fitness. This class is designed to test your limits and see what you are made of.

Running in place doesn’t have to be boring. Our team of expert personal trainers offers a few workouts a week that will take your routine to the next level. Runner's High is great for every level of running enthusiast from beginners to marathoners. Runners High offers progressively-guided treadmill training coupled with dynamic functional routines for a high-performance workout.

NEW! TKO Conditioning
Level 1: Sat,1 pm

TKO Conditioning is a full-body workout which challenges all major muscle groups while improving aerobic capacity, decreasing stress, sharpening focus and increasing physical endurance. Fans of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will feel at home with this class since boxers love to train in rounds.

Body by Mike
Level 1: Mon, 7 am
Level 2: Wed, 7 am

This is an introduction to building the requisite strength and endurance to take our Beast Mode class. An excellent fat-burning and strength conditioning class for aspiring athletes.
