Jeff Garlin will show and discuss clips from his career leading up to the upcoming film Dealin' With Idiots.

Best known as Larry David¹s manager on the critically acclaimed HBO comedy “Curb Your Enthusiasm” for which he is also an executive producer, Garlin will next be seen in the ABC comedy series “The Goldbergs” which debuts Fall 2013.

Dealin' With Idiots is Garlin's  second feature as a writer, director and star. The film includes Christopher Guest (Waiting for Guffman), Fred Willard ("Modern Family"), Bob Odenkirk ("Saturday Night Live"), J.B. Smoove ("Saturday Night Live"), Gina Gershon ("How to Make It in America"), Kerri Kenney-Silver ("The New Normal"), Jami Gertz ("The Neighbors"), Timothy Olyphant ("Damages"), Richard Kind (Argo), Steve Agee ("The New Girl"), David Sheridan ("The Love Boat") and Nia Vardalos (My Big Fat Greek Wedding). IFC Films will release Dealin With Idiots in New York on July 17th and will be available nationwide on VOD.

Brief Bio

Jeff Garlin’s talent encompasses writing, producing, directing, acting and performing stand-up comedy.

Garlin is best known as Larry David’s manager on the critically acclaimed HBO comedy “Curb Your Enthusiasm” for which he is also an executive producer. Garlin will next be seen in the ABC comedy series “The Goldbergs” which debuts in Fall 2013.

In 2007, Garlin adapted his solo stage show I Want Someone to Eat Cheese With into an independent film. It premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival to critical acclaim and was a successful independent release for IFC. His second feature as writer, director and star, Dealin’ With Idiots will be released by IFC in July 2013. He’s also an executive producer on the forthcoming documentary Finding Vivian Maier.

Who is eligible for priority registration?

Individuals who have participated in 92nd Street Y programs over the past year in selected program areas, participants in certain memberships, and those who have made contributions of $500 or more to 92Y, are eligible to register for programs before they become available to the general public.

How do I know if I qualify?

Patrons that qualify for Priority Registration will receive packets in the mail explaining how to purchase online. Priority registration is normally mailed 2-3 weeks before a catalog is available. Registration information includes your Patron ID#. You can use this ID# to setup your login information online. This will allow you to register early for a course or event. Please note: if you receive a packet, you are only eligible to priority register for the programs covered in your packet.
