During our 2013/14 season 92Y will highlight artists and intellectuals who have received the prestigious French Legion of Honor or Order of Arts and Letters awards and will honor their contributions and the historic and unique French-American relationship. Daniel Boulud is a chevalier of the Legion of Honor.
Daniel Boulud has done much to popularize French cooking worldwide. Tonight he’ll share his thoughts on coming of age as a young chef, look at the development of his signature dishes and how he has adapted French Cuisine to American ingredients and tastes for his signature restaurant, Daniel.
Daniel Boulud will be selling and signing copies of his new book, Daniel: My French Cuisine, following the event.
