Funds raised at Artful Lunch benefit 92Y’s Education Outreach Programs, which for over 25 years have brought the arts to New York City public schoolchildren. 92Y delivers these programs via multiple avenues, including in-school instruction with original curricula and live music, dance and theater performances at 92Y and other venues. 92Y’s arts programs are grounded in the belief that in the moment of artistic creation, children discover their strength, vitality and voice.



Can provide an entire year of after-school visual art programming for at-risk boys.
Can provide 100 students with a yearlong dance, chorus and visual-arts theater program.
Can inspire 40 teens through a private question-and answer session with a political or cultural leader.
Can provide a class for 15 music students to study with a master musician.
Can inspire two New York City Public School students with a year of in-school dance classes taught by 92Y instructors.
Can provide five middle school children with after-school art classes for a month.
Can provide a New York City artist with a day of professional development in early childhood education.
Can provide one hour of musical theater education for a class of 30 students.
