The Resource Center for Jewish Diversity is dedicated to promoting the rich ethnic diversity of the Jewish population in the New York metropolitan area. Our goal is to raise awareness about the multicultural backgrounds comprising the Jewish community and, through a wide range of new initiatives, to educate and advocate towards greater inclusiveness.
We understand the unique challenges faced by Jewish groups outside the mainstream American Jewish establishment. We also recognize the importance of embracing and empowering these groups, thereby enriching the greater Jewish community as a whole.
That's why we work with local grassroots Jewish groups to give them the tools to effectively reach out to their constituents and to connect with other Jewish organizations and institutions in an effort to achieve a more inclusive Jewish community. Together, our strong local and international relationships enable us to reach out to Jewish communities from around the world.
